“JJ’S Kibbles and Bits” By John “JJ” Goodrich Serves 6-8 Ingredients: 1 lb Maple Bacon 2 Lg Yellow Onions Olive Oil 4 lbs Steak Tips 2-3 Jars Beef Gravy 5 lbs Red or Yukon Gold potatoes Salt, Pepper, and Italian Seasoning Butter and Milk for Mashed Potatoes 4 Cups All Purpose Flour Vegetable of Choice Fresh Bread of Choice Directions: Make Mashed Potatoes Chop raw Bacon and Sauté and set aside (save Grease) Slice Onion and sauté in Oil and Bacon Grease (use same pan as bacon) Mix with Bacon when done Season Flour with Salt, Pepper, and Italian seasoning Cube Steak Tips Dredge Steak in Flour Sauté Steak in Oil and Bacon Grease Combine Sautéed Steak, Onions, Bacon, and Gravy in pan to heat Serve Over mashed Potatoes with Vegetable and Bread on Side John Goodrich
