Updated On: Dec 29, 2007 (11:35:00)

"Shift 2 Seafood Primavera"

Servings:  8
Prep Time:  1 Hour
Cook Time:  1 Hour

Ingredients:

1lbs. Fresh Haddock
1/2 lbs. Salmon
2lbs. Shrimp
1lbs. Sea Scallops
1/2lbs. Tuna or Swordfish

1 Sweet Onion
4 Cloves Garlic
2 Red Bell Pepper
16 oz Mushrooms
1Large Cans Crushed Tomatoes
1 Jar Alfredo Sauce
3 Jars Tomato Sauce, preferably Marinara
2lbs. Linguini
Salt/Pepper/Red Pepper to taste

Directions:
A very labor intensive and expensive meal, but well worth it.  Start off by sauteing Onion, Garlic, Mushrooms, Red Bell Pepper in Olive Oil.
You'll have to cook each fish separately.  Bake Haddock with Salt/Pepper/Lemon juice at 350 for 15 Minutes.  Bake Salmon with Olive Oil and Garlic at 350 for 20 Minutes.  Bake Scallops with garlic and butter for 15 Minutes at 350. Bake Tuna or Swordfish for 15 Minutes at 350.  Saute Shrimp with the above vegetables for about 5 Minutes.  Once all the fish are cooked, add it to the Sauce and vegetables and let simmer for 30-45 Minutes. Best served over Linguini and add copious amounts of fresh Parmesan Cheese.  This is a two to three loaf of bread meal.
