Shift 2 Ugaa-Booga" Servings: 8 Prep Time: 20 minutes Cook Time: 20 minutes Ingredients: 3lbs. Ground Turkey 93 % Lean 1lbs. Pork Sausage 16 oz Mushrooms 1 Sweet Onion 4 Cloves Garlic 2 Zucchini 2 Squash 2 Packages Chopped Spinach 16 oz Can Crushed Tomatoes Red Pepper to taste Salt/Pepper/Garlic Pepper to taste Parmesan Cheese to taste 3 Boxes Rice or 2 Directions: Super easy meal and extremely filling, even for the guys of Shift 2. Start by sauteing onion and garlic in olive oil, once browned, add meat. Drain fat, then add zucchini, squash, mushrooms, tomatoes, spinach, and seasonings. For extra punch, add 1-2 Habinero peppers. Caution: Increase in peppers adds increase in IDLH atmosphere in the Firehouse. Best served over Rice Pilaf or Linguini. Finish by topping with Parmesan Cheese
